RINSING, FILLING AND CAPPING MACHINE
MEGABLOCK N-48/60/12 model / Manufactured by Ektam. For 200 ml glass bottles; The machine rated speed is 27,000 bottles / hour. It's suitable for filling of fruit-flavoured drinks and sparkling water. The points of the machine directly contact with the product is made of stainless steel and the parts in contact with the bottle is made of a special plastic material suitable for food. The parts and surfaces in contact with the product are made of stainless steel. The machine is equipped with the PLC controlled touch screen operating panel and the safety system in accordance with European standards which stops the machine if the lids are opened.
Equipped with mechanisms that prevent the bottle entry to the machine during setup and maintenance. The inlet conveyor has photocells for bottle presence/non-presence control. There are photocells at the output conveyors to see the bottles accumulate. The filling of carbonated (CO2) and non-carbonated beverages is realized by the counter-pressure system. The area around the machine is protected by guards.
This is a rotary group where 48 pieces of bottle grippers are placed on a monoblock body. The rinsing operation is carried out by spraying water inside the bottles rotated at 180˚. There is a "No Bottle - No Spray" System. There is also a drip pan to collect the rinse water.
The 60 filling valve is equipped with a filling reservoir suitable for filling of carbonated products under pressure. The machine has a fully automatic pressure equalization system. The product level control is carried out with an electronic sensor . The product feeding is performed automatically according to the tank level previously set. The machine is equipped with the electro-pneumatic filling valves. The valve system is made of food - compatible materials. It's suitable for closed circuit CIP(sanitation) at 90˚C temperature. Has "No Bottle" - No Filling" system.
The machine has 12 pieces of capping head and the rotary sorters. The automatic cap chamber is made of AISI 304 stainless steel and equipped with cap level control sensor. It has also the cap landing path with cap presence control mechanism. It has a system which prevents the cap flow and consumption if the cap feeding is interrupted. It's equipped with the stainless steel “PickandPlace” unit which feeds the capping heads. There are also pressure tapers to shape permanently metal crown corks. The machine has a mechanism that controls the uncapped bottle outlet. Has "No Bottle" - No Capping" system. The metal crown corks are used in the capping section. The cap feeding system is fully automatic.
