The plant consists of the following units suitable for liquid sugar (fructose) processing:
One (1) piece of simple syrup pump, made of AISI 304 material. One (1) piece of 200-liter concentrate preparation tank with mixer, made of AISI 304 material and a concentrate pump. Two (2) pieces of 5,000 Liters capacity Syrup Tank, made of AISI 304 material, equipped with mixers, level sight glass, cleaning cover and the CIP solution spraying knobs. A Flow meter is used to get dose - adjusted water in the syrup tanks. One (1) piece of CIP unit; for the sanitation process of syrup room for the next production, equipped with 2,000 liter capacity no.3 cylindrical tanks (caustic, hot water and fresh water tank), with feed and return pumps. The CIP unit has a hot water preparation unit. One (1) set of piping system, AISI 304, there are product, water and CIP pipe connections and two maneuver panels inside the syrup room. One (1) piece of finished syrup pump. One (1) set of electrical control panel. The syrup preparation and CIP units have AISI 304 body and equipped with the PLC system, with all the commanding and connection components.
The fruit-flavoured natural mineral water production; the aroma, preservatives and acidity regulators are prepared in the stirring tank according to the formulation and are sent to the final syrup tank through the pumps. The liquid sugar and formulated amount of natural mineral water are sent to the carbonating unit with the pump.
The CIP unit, on the other hand, is used for cleaning of all product preparation components from syrup room to the filling machines as well as tank and piping system. At the beginning of each new production cycle, the entire plant is completely washed with hot water and chemical preparation and then rinsed and made ready for the manufacturing of new products.
